Tasty and VERY HEALTHY
Rinse and soak the flax for several hours (I usually leave it overnight). For one person, about 2-3 tablespoons of dry flax.
After it was revived, it was crushed in a blender with the addition of water (200 ml).
After the kah is well beaten, strain and beat in a blender with a small amount of any berries or fruits + honey to taste. I put the rest of the berries whole in the glass.
