Ginger tea
- Use only the root, about 5 cm
- Wash it and pour boiling water over it
- When it cools down you can drink it
This piece can be used a couple of times.
Ginseng tea
Dried ginseng root. Same cooking method as with ginger. Just add 1 teaspoon of unfiltered apple cider vinegar to it.
