Рецепт живого винегрета

Ингредиенты:

  • 2 beets (it’s better to take the long ones, they are sweeter than the round ones)
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 Jerusalem artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp sauerkraut

How to prepare vinaigrette?

Carrots, beets and Jerusalem artichokes (naturally raw, peeled and grated on a coarse (beet) grater, onions as for a regular vinaigrette.

Everything is mixed, poured with oil (I add olive oil) + sauerkraut.

You can eat it right away, but to improve the taste, it is recommended to close the lid and let it brew for half an hour or an hour.
