Beet Pâté for your table.

- 2-3 medium sized beets
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic or asafoetida.
- 1/2 tablespoons honey
- Pink salt and seasonings as desired

We take a blender and put all our ingredients into it, except for the orange zest. Grind until smooth, place on a plate and sprinkle with zest and other herbs to taste. Salt and seasonings are added as desired.
