Морковь, маринованная в чесночном соусе

To prepare you will need:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head of kohlrabi cabbage (or white cabbage)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic

Способ приготовления:

Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Grate the peeled kohlrabi cabbage and cucumber on this grater as well. Mix everything carefully.
Prepare the sauce separately: combine lemon juice, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Separately chop the garlic and mix everything. Pour this sauce over the grated vegetables and set aside for 30-40 minutes.
