Raspberry Flax yogurt

Flax seeds differ in recognition and composition. It contains omega-3, 6 and 9 polyunsaturated fatty acids, potassium, selenium and lecithin. Due to the fiber and mucus that the seeds found when soaked, they perfectly cleanse the intestines. They have alkalizing and antiparasitic properties for the purpose of natural detoxification of the body. But the seeds are very capricious; many useful substances become contaminated, for example, due to improper storage or preparation. Therefore, store them in the refrigerator (not in a cupboard on a shelf) in a closed, dry bath. Do not expose to high temperatures when cooking.
