Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
This recipe is oil free!
You can also dry it in a dehydrator (for 10-12 hours) to preserve all the beneficial properties.
You will need:
● Raisins 1 cup
● Apple 2 pcs
● Walnuts 100g
● Gluten-free oatmeal 1 cup
● Banana 2 pcs
● Gluten-free oat bran 1 tbsp.
● Flax seed flour 1 cup
How to cook:
● Rinse the raisins and soak them a little. ● Cut the apple into very small cubes. ● Grate the bananas on a fine grater or mash with a fork. ● Grind the walnuts finely, but not into flour. ● Mix everything with oatmeal and flax flour. ● Form a homogeneous dough. ● Use your hands to place and shape the cookies on a baking sheet on baking paper. Be sure to be uniform so that the edges are not thinner, otherwise they will burn. ● Place in the oven
● Allow to cool and dry.
