Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (soaked for 15 minutes)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Soak almonds and walnuts separately overnight. Drain and rinse.
- In a food processor, combine soaked almonds, walnuts, oats, hemp seeds, dates, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pulse until well combined and coarse.
- Spread the mixture on dehydrator trays or lined baking sheets.
- Dry at 43°C (109°F) for 10-14 hours until crispy and golden brown.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
