רכיבים:
- 1 large bunch of parsley (fist-sized)
- 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1 large tomato or 2 medium ones
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons lemon juice or to taste
הכנה:
- Parsley must be chopped as finely as possible.
- Cut the tomato in half and remove the middle with a teaspoon. Cut into pieces.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
Your raw tabouli is ready! Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.
