מתכון לסלט טבולי גולמי

רכיבים:

  • 1 large bunch of parsley (fist-sized)
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 large tomato or 2 medium ones
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons lemon juice or to taste

הכנה:

  • Parsley must be chopped as finely as possible.
  • Cut the tomato in half and remove the middle with a teaspoon. Cut into pieces.
  • Mix with remaining ingredients.

Your raw tabouli is ready! Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.
