Green Raw Tabbouleh

GREEN RAW FOOD TABBOULAH

רכיבים:

  • 1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • bunch of parsley
  • small bunch of mint, about 10-12 sprigs
  • small bunch of basil, 4-6 sprigs
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground allspice

הכנה:

1. Rinse the seeds.
2. Finely chop all the greens. Use only leaves, not tough twigs.
3. Finely chop the tomato
4. Place the greens, tomato and hemp seeds in a bowl, squeeze the garlic into it through a crusher, add lemon zest (I grate the lemon peel on a very fine grater), and mix.
5. Season the salad with oil, lemon juice, salt and allspice
