רכיבים:
- pine nuts – 1 cup
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- water 3-5 tsp (more so it blends better in the blender)
- juice of 1 lemon
- lemon – 2 slices with peel
- salt – 1/2 tsp. or as desired
- cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp.
- turmeric – 1/4 tsp. (for color)
- greens (parsley, basil, dill) – optional
הכנה:
1. Soak the nuts for 2 hours, rinse.
2. Chop the greens. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Serve with your favorite vegetables. Stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 5 days.
