One of Broom’s delicious salads.

Try cooking. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or you can do fasting days on it 1-2 times a week.

And the body really rejoices using it. No hunger, and my tummy “melts before my eyes.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here is the prescription:
Take cabbage, beets and carrots in equal parts. Make sure they are fresh, juicy – tasty in themselves. Carrots and beets can be soaked in water for several hours to make them juicier.

Chop the cabbage thinly and squeeze it well with your hands.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Grate the beets and carrots or you can simply put everything into a chopper in a food processor and mix everything.

For dressing: mix lemon juice with honey and pour over salad.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can make a lot at once and store it in the refrigerator. It tastes even better on the second day.
