סלט חומוס מונבט

רכיבים:

  • 1 cup sprouted chickpeas
  • 1 package kale, chard, or lettuce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

הכנה:

  • Sprouted peas will bring you much more benefits, because all the vitamins and nutrients will awaken in it.
  • Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper well.
  • Cut green leaves into thin strips.
  • Mix chickpeas, lettuce, onion, bell pepper.
  • Pour in the sauce and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
