רכיבים:
- 1 cup sprouted chickpeas
- 1 package kale, chard, or lettuce
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1-2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

- Sprouted peas will bring you much more benefits, because all the vitamins and nutrients will awaken in it.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper well.
- Cut green leaves into thin strips.
- Mix chickpeas, lettuce, onion, bell pepper.
- Pour in the sauce and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
