רכיבים:

  • White cabbage – 500 grams
  • Carrots – 1 piece
  • Sour apple – 1 piece
  • Green onions – 2 pieces
  • Parsley – 0.25 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons

הכנה:

1. Wash the cabbage and finely chop it into strips. Place it in a bowl. Rub it with your hands to release the juice. Leave for 10 minutes.

2. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into thin strips. You can do this with a knife or special tools. The thinner the carrot sticks are, the better.

3. Wash the apple, peel it (if you wish), remove the core, cut into strips. Wash the parsley, dry and chop. Chop the onion into small pieces too.

4. Pour oil over the cabbage. You can also add lemon juice. Now mix all the ingredients and taste.
