Plant food has all the microelements we need in the only ionic state acceptable to the body; it carries in its cellular structures that “living water”, which differs from “dead water” in its physicochemical structure, necessary for the same living cells of the human body, and has biostimulant properties.
And, finally, plants carry the “revitalized” energy of the sun, enclosing it in their macroergic bonds and thereby making it available for absorption by the human body in the form of the most highly organized energy of chemical bonds and electrical potentials.

This is what people should know about plants, cultivate them correctly and consume them correctly, without killing their living plant organism by heat treatment.
