גזר בסגנון קוריאני

All 6 flavors are present (according to Ayurveda), the dressing is universal – any vegetables will be tasty with it.

רכיבים:

  • grated carrots 250g
  • oil 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 1.5 tbsp. (instead of vinegar)
  • honey 1 tsp
  • coriander 0.5 tsp
  • sesame 1 tbsp.
  • garlic (squeeze) 1 pc.
  • black pepper 1 chip
  • red paprika 1 tsp.
  • red hot pepper 1 chip
  • יֶרֶק

הכנה:

Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater.
Add spices, lemon juice, garlic.
Season with linseed oil, chopped cilantro and dill. Use immediately, or compact it into a jar and put it in the refrigerator. Use as a ready-made additive when preparing other dishes, such as rolls, cabbage salad and others where carrots are needed
