רכיבים:

  • sesame or almonds
  • glass of cold water
  • יֶרֶק
  • cold pressed vegetable oil
  • lemon juice
  • teaspoon dry mustard
  • spices to taste

הכנה:

  • Grind sesame seeds or almonds in a coffee grinder and pour it into a glass of cold water.
  • After that, pour it into a blender and place in it any greens that you have on hand:
  • dill, parsley, lettuce, cilantro, celery.
  • Pour cold-pressed vegetable oil and lemon juice into a blender.
  • Add a teaspoon of dry mustard, spices to taste and mix thoroughly in a blender.
