Salad for a good mood! Ingredients: Preparation: Chop the greens and bell peppers as desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pomegranate berries, pour freshly squeezed pomegranate and lemon juice and olive oil on top. Each of these ingredients is simply necessary for our body. This salad will give you energy, vigor and improve your mood.

Quick Red Cabbage Smoothie

Ingredients:: Red cabbage, half a cucumber, sweet green pepper and a little soaked chickpeas (any seeds can be used). Preparation: All in the blender and ready!!! I added a little raw sour cream, but you can do it without it – it’s still very tasty!Bon Appetit everyone
