Homemade Hemp Seed Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (soaked for 15 minutes)
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Soak almonds and walnuts separately overnight. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a food processor, combine soaked almonds, walnuts, oats, hemp seeds, dates, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Pulse until well combined and coarse.
  4. Spread the mixture on dehydrator trays or lined baking sheets.
  5. Dry at 43°C (109°F) for 10-14 hours until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
