Tasty Pumpkin seed milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 3 glasses of water

Preparation:

  • Soak pumpkin seeds in water overnight.
  • In the morning, drain the water and rinse the seeds.
  • Place them in a blender, add a few dates to taste
  • Add a small amount of water and stir at high speed
  • Add the rest of the water
  • Mix again until smooth at high speed.
  • Squeeze the resulting mass through gauze folded in several layers.

“Milk” is ready!
