Cauliflower fits very harmoniously into many salads. This salad is one of my favorites. The whole recipe basically fits in the photo. The redness in the salad comes from sumac – this is a dried berry spice that I use instead of salt.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Avocado – 1-2 pcs.
- Onion – 1 piece
- Salt or sumac – to taste
- Any extra cold pressed oil – to taste
Preparation:
- Finely chop the cauliflower.
- Cut tomatoes and onions into thin half rings,
- Cut the avocado into small cubes.
- Add salt/sumac and oil.
