Cauliflower for salad

Cauliflower fits very harmoniously into many salads. This salad is one of my favorites. The whole recipe basically fits in the photo. The redness in the salad comes from sumac – this is a dried berry spice that I use instead of salt.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 1 cup
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Avocado – 1-2 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Salt or sumac – to taste
  • Any extra cold pressed oil – to taste

Preparation:

  • Finely chop the cauliflower.
  • Cut tomatoes and onions into thin half rings,
  • Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  • Add salt/sumac and oil.
