This delicious porridge smoothie is a good way to start the day!
Recipe:
- flax seed (soaked overnight)
- banana
- frozen currants
- raspberries
- spinach
- nut milk.
The taste is incomparable! Can’t compare with any boiled oatmeal!! I am sure that if all mothers fed their children such live porridges, then the children would be healthier and would eat more willingly and there would be no allergies, snot and aversion to porridges from childhood. Although it’s difficult to call it “porridge” in the usual sense.
