Pumpkin Shake


Ingredients:

Pumpkin seeds – 2/3 cup (I took the insides from the oldest pumpkin);

Water – 1 and ¼ cups.

Preparation:
Blend the seeds at high speeds along with some water. We release the liquid from everything else using gauze. Makes pumpkin milk
To create a shake, add to pumpkin milk:

Coconut milk – half a glass;
Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon;
Honey) – spoon to taste;

You can also add a piece of fresh ripe pumpkin and blend everything. This cocktail is perfect for a snack, for example, for an afternoon snack. Pumpkin afternoon snacks and a cheerful sunny pumpkin mood to you!
