Pumpkin on our table


In addition to the fact that pumpkin increases your appetite just by its color and contains a huge amount of vitamins, you can still prepare anything from it: juices, smoothies, salads, soups, snacks… And it’s easy to crunch raw!

Pumpkin juice cocktail:

  • pumpkin,
  • apple,
  • lemon (lemon juice)
  • honey
  • Whisk everything with water, add honey to taste.

Sweet soup:

  • pumpkin
  • coconut flakes
  • water
  • Grind the pumpkin with water, add coconut flakes.
  • If desired, you can sprinkle with cinnamon, sprouted seeds…

Salad:

  • arugula,
  • pumpkin,
  • carrot
  • beet pulp
  • Season with any raw food sauce.

Vegetable soup:

  • pumpkin
  • tomatoes
  • any sprouts, seeds
  • greenery
  • to taste – garlic, spices, salt, lemon juice.

Beat pumpkin with water, add chopped tomatoes, sprouts and herbs
