
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers 1-2 pcs.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Carrots 100-150 gr
- Apple 1 pc.
- Jerusalem artichoke or white radish (optional)
- Green peas 200-250 g (frozen, pre-defrost)
- onions (sweet or green)
- greenery
- spices
- salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut into pieces
- add green peas
- chopped onion and greens
- mix well
- season with raw food mayonnaise, let it soak a little – and you can serve!
Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- juice of one lemon,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- water (see consistency),
- spices.
- 1 tsp mustard powder (or grind mustard seeds)
Preparation:
- Soak the seeds in water for several hours.
- Then mix all ingredients in a blender.
- You can add whatever you want – to your taste!
