I have little free time to wash the blender, so I cook with a reserve.
I store it in the refrigerator, drink a green smoothie when I have a couple of minutes of free time, sometimes I pour a strawberry smoothie from a jar into a porridge plate, pour ground flax seed into it, mix it and here’s porridge for lunch 😋 Or you can not add it, but drink it like a smoothie. Beauty! Is not it?
