Smoothie with figs

Ingredients:

  • ripe figs
  • banana
  • a glass of almond milk;
  • several dates;
  • some flax seeds.

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender, grind and mix until smooth.
Figs are a storehouse of vitamins for good functioning of the heart and nervous system. It is also rich in plant fiber, which helps improve the digestive system.
