Smoothie for strong nails, teeth and hair

Sesame contains 10 times more calcium than cow’s milk; it is better to drink the cocktail in the late afternoon, so it will be absorbed more efficiently.

Preparation:

  • Grind 4 tbsp white unroasted sesame seeds in a coffee grinder into flour
  • pour 1 liter of water and let it brew for 2 hours
  • add 1/2 banana, add 1 tbsp. honey
  • Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
