Delicious smoothie for a healthy liver

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon milk thistle ground in a coffee grinder (you can add a little black cumin)
  • 0.5 tablespoon amaranth ground in a coffee grinder
  • 0.1 tablespoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax in a coffee grinder
  • 3 dates
  • 1 banana

Place all this in a blender and mix

Another recipe: grind flax soaked overnight in a blender + warm water + honey + 2 tea thistles.
