Ingredients:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon milk thistle ground in a coffee grinder (you can add a little black cumin)
- 0.5 tablespoon amaranth ground in a coffee grinder
- 0.1 tablespoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoons ground flax in a coffee grinder
- 3 dates
- 1 banana
Place all this in a blender and mix
