Mood Salad

Salad for a good mood!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon (juice from it)
  • 1 pomegranate (juice and berries)
  • bell pepper
  • sesame
  • any greens of your choice (such as romaine and lettuce)
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Chop the greens and bell peppers as desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pomegranate berries, pour freshly squeezed pomegranate and lemon juice and olive oil on top.

Each of these ingredients is simply necessary for our body. This salad will give you energy, vigor and improve your mood.
