Healthy salad for winter recipe:

Ingredients

  • Beets – 2 pcs. medium size
  • Garlic – 3-4 medium cloves
  • Prunes – 6-8 pcs.

*Sauce (vegetable oil + citrus juice to taste)

Preparation

  • Wash the prunes and soak them in water at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Then cut into pieces – small or large in accordance with the selected size for the beets.
  • Wash the beets, peel and chop on a regular grater.
  • Peel the garlic, crush it or finely chop it.
  • Mix the ingredients and season the salad with cold-pressed vegetable oil. If desired, you can add lemon or orange juice to the dressing.
