Unsweetened green smoothies

OPTION 1.

  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh dill
  • parsley
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 avocado.

OPTION 2.

  • spinach leaves
  • 1/4 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 g tomatoes

OPTION 3.

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 red sweet pepper
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cups of water.

OPTION 4.

  • 5 leaves of any lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 sweet pepper 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 2 cups of water.
