Ayurveda suggests that turmeric:
- Purifies the blood
- Warms the blood
- Improves digestion
- Is beneficial for ligaments
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pear
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
- 1 piece of ginger (2 cm, grated)
- 1 teaspoon of bee pollen
- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
- A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender at high speed until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Pour into a glass.
- Sprinkle bee pollen on top.
