Drink of the day

Ingredients:

  • 1 small beet
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 1 cup spinach
  • juice of 1/2 lemon or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Preparation:

If you are using fresh ingredients, run them through a juicer. And if you chose frozen ingredients, place them in a blender and blend until smooth.
