Ingredients:
- 200 gr. sweet beets
- 70 gr. raisins
- cold pressed vegetable oil
- pink salt to taste
- pine nuts
Process:
- Grind beets and raisins in a food processor.
- Add oil, salt, or your favorite seasoning.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle pine nuts on top.
*In our version, we replaced cedar ones with walnut ones – also very tasty.
