Almonds, Dates, Seeds

Ingredients:

  • any seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame, hemp, chia)
  • 4 dates
  • almonds (if desired)

Preparation:

  1. We activate the seeds (soak overnight), wash and lightly dry.
  2. Grind everything in a blender and put it in a mold with a layer of 5 mm.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
