Ingredients:
- any seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame, hemp, chia)
- 4 dates
- almonds (if desired)
Preparation:
- We activate the seeds (soak overnight), wash and lightly dry.
- Grind everything in a blender and put it in a mold with a layer of 5 mm.
- Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
