Buckwheat milk.

I sprouted buckwheat for 2 days.

Then I took a glass of sprouted buckwheat and about 3 – 3.5 glasses of water, a little vanilla and 4 dates, blended it in a blender, then strained it through a nut milk bag, bottled it, and put it in the refrigerator.
