Time to take care of your body and immunity! We have a couple of juices in mind, which, by the way, we recommend drinking in the morning 🙂

Juice number one will keep you full, speed up your metabolism, and enhance detoxification.

Ingredients:

1 carrot
2 lemons, peeled and seeded
1 bunch of mint
1 tbsp. l. urbecha from chia seeds
1 tbsp. l. agave syrup / Jerusalem artichoke or honey

Juice number two will strengthen the intestines and, of course, boost the immune system!)
This is because it contains:

Ingredients

1/2 pineapple
1 apple
Ginger root (about 1.5 cm)
1 tbsp. urbecha from chia seeds
1 tbsp. agave syrup / Jerusalem artichoke or honey

Cooking method:
Make juice from all solid ingredients, then mix in urbech and syrup. Morning recharge is ready!
