Quick flax breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp. l. flax
  • water
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tsp. raw cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Fill the flax with water so that the height of the water in the dish is the same part as the flax and leave overnight.
  2. Pour the swollen flax seeds along with the resulting jelly into a blender.
  3. Add honey, cocoa, figs.
  4. Beat until smooth.
