
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp. l. flax
- water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 fig
- 1 tsp. raw cocoa powder
Preparation:
- Fill the flax with water so that the height of the water in the dish is the same part as the flax and leave overnight.
- Pour the swollen flax seeds along with the resulting jelly into a blender.
- Add honey, cocoa, figs.
- Beat until smooth.
