Simple, nutritious and delicious recipe (Beets and Garlic)

Beets with garlic, seasoned with flaxseed oil, lemon juice, cilantro and dill.

Ingredients:

  • Beet
  • Garlic
  • Cilantro
  • Dill
  • Lemon juice
  • Flaxseed oil
  • Curry
  • Chilli

Preparation:

  • Grate the beets using a Korean carrot grater.
  • Season with spices, add lemon juice and garlic.
  • Season with linseed oil, chopped cilantro and dill. Use immediately, or compact it into a jar and put it in the refrigerator. Use as a ready-made additive when preparing other dishes, for example, rolls or salads with beet ingredients.
